Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. This is the time to dispatch your order; carrier transit time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping method.

Free Economy shipping on qualifying domestic orders of $50 or more. Other shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment and depend on your destination, order weight and chosen service.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is fulfilled. Need your order by a certain date? Email us before ordering to confirm current dispatch timing and available options. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

For international orders, available destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout. If no option appears for your address, contact us for help.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Sale items and gift cards are excluded; see the full policy for other exclusions.

To request a return, email hello@tagit.love. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Request a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement you want.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@tagit.love immediately with your order number so we can help.
